To organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities.

To address workplace challenges, professional risks, and service-related issues through coordination with concerned authorities.

To develop leadership capacity among government nurses and strengthen their participation in health policy formulation and decision-making processes.

To promote research, evidence-based nursing practice, and professional innovation.

To participate actively in healthcare services during emergencies, disasters, and public health crises.

To utilize the experience, knowledge, and mentorship of retired government nurses for institutional development.

To collaborate with national and international nursing and health-related organizations for professional advancement.
